I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and I was a bit frustrated at first because the reply took longer than I expected. But once they got back to me, they were really nice and handled everything without making it complicated. I went from being kind of annoyed to relieved, so overall it ended up being a good experience.

I ordered from rocktape.com and the checkout process was more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly, and my cart didn’t seem to update right away, so I kept refreshing just to make sure everything was actually in there.

What made it more stressful was that I got charged, but I didn’t really see a clear update right away about what was happening with the order. Shipping details also weren’t very clear, and I only found the real delivery timing once I was already deep into checkout.

The product itself is fine, so this isn’t about that. It just felt like the ordering experience was clunky and a little frustrating, especially when I expected the site to be smoother and more straightforward.

It held up great through my workout. I was moving around a bunch and it still stayed on, so yeah, no complaints

I picked up RockTape because other tapes usually start making my skin itchy after a few hours. This one felt softer right away, and it didn’t tug in that weird way when I was moving around.

I wore it through a full day at work and forgot it was even there most of the time. It came off easily too, with no red marks or sticky leftover stuff, which I really appreciated.

I wasn’t sure if I was expecting too much, but the adhesive stayed on all day without any issues...

I ordered some tape and it arrived much quicker than I thought it would. Everything was easy, and the delivery went smoothly. Happy with it

I used this tape on my knee for runs and, to be fair, it actually did a solid job. It stayed put way longer than I expected, even when I was sweating, which was a nice surprise. Taking it off, however, was not exactly the relaxing post-run experience I was hoping for. It was a bit annoying to peel off, but I guess that’s the price you pay for tape that actually sticks. Overall, it helped and I’d use it again

I wasn’t totally sure this would do much, but my sore knee felt better quickly after using it. Maybe it was just good timing, but i did notice a difference

I’ve been using RockTape it does the job well. It sticks nicely and holds up for a decent amount of time. The price feels fair overall, though I do wish the shipping cost was a little lower. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but compared to some of the other tapes I’ve tried...

The tape is good overall, like i said it feels like decent quality and it did the job at first. But like i said, it started peeling up sooner than I thought it would, which was a little disappointing. I think it’s fine for light use, just not something I’d count on to hold up for a long time.

I used it during a couple runs and even kept it on through a shower afterward, and I was happy with how well it stayed put. I was expecting sweat to mess with it more, but it held on surprisingly well. By day 3, the edges started lifting a little, which was slightly annoying, but it still worked fine overall.

I’ve noticed that after my workouts, my knees don’t feel as tight or locked up as they usually do. It’s not like some dramatic overnight change or anything, but they just feel looser and easier to move, especially when I’m walking around afterward or going up and down stairs. For me, that makes a big difference because knee stiffness is usually the thing that makes me feel older than I am.
